After Technical University of Mombasa's indefinite closure, the TUMSO president looked for other alternatives to make the campus reopen. He consulted the Mvita member of Parliament Abdulswamad Nasir and other stakeholders to see the campus open.As a leader I suppose this is the most remarkable thing he did to help the students who voted him in among other leaders.
However Benmark has been suspended from the University after being summoned to the Disciplinary committee of the University. He appeared on 27th June 2014 to the committee to answer the charges against him .He was suspended today over allegations that he incited students and he should be seen anywhere near the campus premises.
