Radio Salaam is Back on Air after Indefinate Closure.

Only recorded programmes were being played yesterday in Radio Salaam after it was believed to be under threats by Alshabaab. Allegedly the militia group had threatened to attack the TSS Tower-based radio station.
 Blogger Robert Alai:
 Al-Shabaab believes that  Radio Salaam is being used by NSIS to gather intelligence on terrorists hence the need to attack it.

Recently KTN aired an alleged investigative piece that claimed the station was intelligence ran.
On the other hand, the station refuted the claims insisting it was upgrading its transmission;
