16/16/2013 Grandpa Records withdrew Kidis from the Nzumari awards nomination and were ready to sue the organizers of the event over the same. The management of Grandpa claimed that Nzumari organizers did not follow the protocols of nominating artists.
Nzumari organizers on their side defended themselves saying that the nomination have not even been done. The claimed that even no advertisement has been made. This was a way to try and escape after they heard that they will be sued by Grandpa.
GrandPa though Said the have evidence that will help them file the case.
